Post-Master Studies
Following the law No.131/2002 DoL. on universities and colleges, MSc degree holders in mathematics, physics, informatics and/or didactics of the above disciplines may apply for the RNDr. (Doctor of Natural Sciences) degree or PaedDr. (Doctor of Pedagogy) degree, respectively. These degrees are awarded by the Faculty after the applicant has successfully passed examination and the thesis defense.
The Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Infromatics has been granted the accreditation for executing RNDr. and PaedDr. examinations and theses defense in the above mentioned disciplines by The Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic. This issue is subject to the Studies Administration Office of the Faculty.
